DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the River Rumble!\nFormerly known as the “Cash Cup”\n\n\nThis is a fun and competitive 2-person\, 2-day golf event designed to give everyone a chance to win. With up to 20 teams winning prizes\, it’s one of the most exciting formats around!\n\n\nDay 1: Scramble Format\nScramble means both players hit each shot\, and you always play the best one.\nTees are based on age and gender:\nMen under 60: White tees\nMen 60–69: Gold tees\nMen 70+ and Women: Red tees\nThe 8 best team scores from Day 1 win prizes.\n\n\nDay 2: Scrumble Format\nTeams are flighted into one of four groups (Blue\, White\, Gold\, Red) based on Day 1 scores.\nScrumble means:\nBoth players tee off.\nChoose the best drive.\nFrom there\, each player plays their own ball.\nTake the best score between the two for each hole.\nTees on Day 2 are determined by your flight\, with handicaps applied:\nMen 60–69: Move 1 tee forward from assigned flight.\nExample: If placed in Blue flight\, play from White tees.\nMen 70+ and Women: Move 2 tees forward.\nExample: If placed in Blue flight\, play from Gold tees.\nDay 2 Prizes\nTop 2 teams in each flight win.\nBonus Prize: The team with the best combined score from Day 1 and Day 2 in each flight also wins.\nThat means up to 20 teams can win\, and yes — a single team could win up to 3 times!\nQuestions?\nFeel free to comment or reach out with any questions or concerns.\n\n\nThanks\, and we look forward to seeing you at the River Rumble!
